Maggie could not walk or stand without being in extreme pain. Dr. Gandolf was able to quickly diagnose Maggie’s issue as a disc problem in her neck.
My husband and I thought we were going to have to say goodbye to Maggie because she was not getting any better. Thankfully, Dr. Gandolf did not give up on Maggie. She contacted OSU Veterinary Medical Center, Neurology Department. Dr. Gandolf stayed involved with the neurologist at OSU regarding Maggie’s prognosis, surgery, and recovery.
That was 8 months ago. Today, Maggie is a healthy, happy little dog that is still enjoying life.
It is easy to see that Dr. Gandolf cares for all animals and is very passionate about helping them. I found this very comforting because Maggie means the world to me.
Words cannot express how thankful I am to Dr. Gandolf for not giving up on my dog, Maggie, and saving her life.
